Overview: A holly grown for its fine-textured, deep green foliage.
Mature size: Approximately 5–10 ft. tall and wide, spreading by suckers to form colonies unless a compact cultivar.

Flowering season: Small white flowers in spring; black berries on female plants persist into winter

Water needs: Average to consistent moisture; tolerates occasionally wet soil
